NCTU Food Truck

“NCTU Food Truck” is an online magazine by National Chiao Tung University Inspiration Lab intended to introduce different cultures via academic discussions and encourage student to think critically.
The first semester of 2020 introduced Tibetan, French, Russian, Japanese, Singaporean, and Saudi Arabian cuisine with a poster matching the extended theme of “Discovering the World Map through the Dinner Table.” Exotic meals were illustrated on the minimalist-style posters to guide the viewers through this delicious-looking map of the world.
