The Ministry of Culture directed Kaohsiung City’s largest operation of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act, named “Seeing the Old Zouying District.” The video reenacts the nostalgic 300 years of historic cultural brilliance using classical color themes with stylized 2D motion graphics to retell the daily lifestyle of the old city.
